I switched to the beginners group today who after only 2 days on skis were making their way down Red graded slopes.... mostly on skis as well! It was incredibly impressive to see how controlled their were with their newly learned discipline. We had a nice lunch out in the sun and some downtime on the slope side bean bags before finishing the afternoon with some technical skill sessions.
The other groups had a great day too and the cadets were buzzing with stories from the day during the trip back to the hotel.. quick shop stop for some and well needed showers before we recirve a presentation from one of our own cadets befoer dinner.
Tomorrow we're off to the Fellhorn, a different ski area to give all the chance to try it some different terrain. I will be looking at tagging along with the intermediate groups over the next two days to ensure I've captured action shots of them all!
